How do I return an item?
  Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for any product purchased at facesesc.com within a 14 days of the purchase date. Please email us at facesescmarketing@gmail.com to obtain a RMA #(Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of the original purchase. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA#.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact facesescmarketing@gmail.com

To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately upon deciding the product is not right for you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

Return Procedure

Obtain your RMA# within 14 days of receipt of your order via e-mail by submitting the short form that will be emailed

place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product. Product must be unopened and unused to receive refund.

All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.

Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
