Salon Etiquette you should know to make your Experience Perfect!
Our Staff is comprised of exceptional individuals who are committed to making your experience at Faces European Skin Care most favorable. In order to ensure a pleasurable experience while protecting the integrity of our highly skilled staff, we ask you review and observe our salon etiquette:
Appointments - Please call the salon to make your appointment. We do require a valid credit card for Saturday appointments only. We always do our best to accommodate you. If we are closed, please leave a message a preferable time and date and all phone calls will be returned the next business day.
Consultations - Consultations on our services or products are available via email or over the phone at no charge.
Arrival Time - Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. A late arrival will deprive you of treatment time since we end all appointments on time to respect the next scheduled guests.
Attire - For Spa Treatments (not waxing services) spa robes, wraps and slippers are provided. During treatment, your body will be draped at all times, except for the area being treated.
Cellular Phones - Please turn off your cell phones and/or pagers. We like to keep the atmosphere serene and tranquil.
Quiet, Please - Please be mindful of others. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Our facility is a place where many clients come to simply relax.
Confidential History Cards - Each client is required to fill out a confidential History Card. It is imperative that the client informs the aesthetician any conditions or dermatologist care that would hinder the outcome of the treatment.
Gratuities - Gratuity is based on the individuals preference. The customary gratuity for all salon services is between 15% to 20%. We do not accept gratuity payments on credit cards. All gratuity should be in form of cash or check.
Right of Refusal - Faces European Skin Care reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We look forward to serving you! |
